Suburban Denver Development Site Is on the Market

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF), on behalf of the owner, is marketing a 2.33-acre development site for sale at 15 Sable Boulevard in Aurora, Colorado, Denver’s most populous suburb. The 96,834-square-foot site is zoned for a transit-oriented development (TOD) and is within walking distance to more than 3.1 million square feet of retail.
