Elliott Throne is a managing director in the Miami office of HFF with 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and fixed income analysis. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout the southeastern United States. During the course of his career with HFF, Mr. Throne has been involved in more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Throne joined the firm in April 2001. Prior to that, he was a fixed income trading specialist for Morgan Stanley in New York.
