The United HealthCare ChoicePlus program is available for eligible employees. The ChoicePlus program provides benefits for in-and/or out-of-network services. Prescription coverage is included in the ChoicePlus program.

We offer a choice between the MetLife Preferred Dentist program and CIGNA Dental Health HMO.

The vision program covers eye exams and discounts on lenses, frames and contact lenses through a VSP provider. Employees can choose vision coverage through an in-network provider or use the provider of their choice.

The 401(k) Plan provides a great opportunity to save for your retirement and build financial security. Employees have the opportunity to save in a pre-tax, Roth 401(k), or after-tax account. A company match is provided.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) provide a great way to deposit a tax-free portion of your gross income into an account used to pay for unreimbursed health, dependent care, and transportation expenses.


Core benefits offered to eligible employees at no cost:

Benefits provided are a flat dollar amount and based on position.

Eligible dependents receive $5,000 at no cost.

Employees may be eligible for Short Term Disability benefits if out on a medical leave of absence.

After 180 days of disability, employees may be eligible to receive 60% of Benefits Pay.

Employees who are traveling on HFF’s behalf are covered if any accidents should occur.


HFF believes that time off from work for rest and relaxation contributes to personal well-being and to enhancing performance on the job. We offer:

HFF observes various holidays throughout the year. The Holiday schedule may vary each year.

Up to three Floating Holidays may be used for personal business, school activities or conferences, or religious or holiday observances.

Up to 8 days are available for employee or family member's illness.

Vacation time is accrued throughout the year with amounts determined by length of service.
